Travellers with a pack train. The picture shows travellers and a pack train in south central Iceland, with Mount Hekla in the background. Horses laden with pack saddles are in the center, the party's fresh horses on the right. The picture dates from John Barrow's expedition to Iceland in the summer of 1834.
