Apr 11, 2006	Boucher, Ruenger-Hanson attend UW System Joint Conference Distributed survey to LTDC - compile results Met with CUWL - provided update and received deadline extension, clarification on charge
May 2006	- gather library staff surveys and compile results - draft an analysis of surveys based on compilations - begin drafting focus group questions
Jun/Jul 2006	- write up final analysis of LTDC and staff surveys - write up analysis of literature review - develop focus group questions/logistics
Jul 18, 2006	Meet at UWGB
Aug/Sep 2006	- poll library staff/D2L staff re possible faculty names who are using D2L in fall - depending on how we want to proceed -Fall CUWL Meeting - interim report
Oct 2006	- gather focus groups
Nov 2006	- analyse focus group results and write up - work on recommendation(s) for CUWL report
Jan 24, 2007	- present survey results to CUWL
Feb/Mar 2007	- present final report to CUWL electronically
April 2007	- request report approval at Joint meeting
