Moving Citations from ABC-CLIO Databases into RefWorks

List of ABC-CLIO Databases

In a ABC-CLIO Database

  1. Click in the box to the left of desired citations.
  2. Click on Export Options at the top of the screen.
  3. At Entry Format: click in the desired radio button.
  4. At Request Entries: click in the radio button to the left of Personal List.
  5. At Output Type: click in the radio button to the left of United States RefWorks.
  6. Click on Send.
  7. Click on Export to RefWorks US Network .

In RefWorks

  1. Login to your RefWorks database if you have not already done so.
  2. Your citation(s) will automatically be imported into the Last Imported Folder.
    You may view the records or move them to the folder of your choice.
