Moving Citations from Gale Cengage Learning Contemporary Women's Issues into RefWorks

In Contemporary Women's Issues

  1. Click in the box to the left of citations to select multiple records.
  2. Click MARKED ITEMS at the top of the screen.
  3. Click DOWNLOAD.
  4. Save file as .txt file to computer.

In RefWorks

  1. Login to your RefWorks database if you have not already done so.
  2. Click IMPORT from the REFERENCES drop-down menu.
  3. Choose GALE RDS BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY as IMPORT FILTER/DATA SOURCE.
  4. Choose GALE RDS BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY as DATABASE.
  5. Click in circle to the left of IMPORT DATA FROM THE FOLLOWING TEXT FILE.
  6. Browse for text file.
  7. Click IMPORT.

    You may now move your reocrds into the folder of your choice.
