UW-Madison Library Staff developed an online library instruction module that covers all Communication B library learning outcomes for the General Business 360 course.
General Business 360: Workplace, Writing, and Communication is a high-enrollment Communication B course that is required for all undergraduate Business majors. Previously the libraries did not have the staffing available to provide library instruction in-person. Experimenting with instructional models allowed the libraries to develop an online library instruction module that covers all Communication B library learning outcomes. This initiative was completed in partnerships with the General Business 360 course directors.
