The Inclusive Manager's Toolkit training program provided tools to enhance managers' skills and create a shared understanding of what it means to be an effective manager with an EDI lens.
Forty one General Library System (GLS) managers, directors and others with leadership responsibility for Equity Diversity Inclusion (EDI) participated in a 10-week long online training program offered by DeEtta Jones & Associates. The goals of the training were to foster a common understanding among managers, and provide additional tools and strategies for creating and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion at all levels within the GLS.
