Finals Time at College Library
As part of a suite of events designed to help our patrons do their best during the final exam period, College Library is offering candy, fortune cookies, stress relievers, and even a coloring day from May 7 through May 13. Other highlights include visits by Bucky Badger, sidewalk chalk, and puzzles. The Open Book Café is offering free coffee (no specialty coffees), tea, and hot chocolate from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday, May 9. The following day, Saturday, May 10, GUTS is sponsoring a drop-in study session (complete with coffee and doughnuts while supplies last). The library also is sponsoring a free, drop-in, exam prep/study skills session on Wednesday, May 7. In conjunction with GUTS (Greater University Tutoring Service), the session will held in the library’s classroom – Room 1193D.
