Swab Power at College Library

On Thursday, December 2nd from 2pm-7pm, stop by the Student Services area to “Get Swabbed” and become a potential lifesaver for a cancer patient. Register with DKMS as a Bone Marrow Donor. The process includes a cheek swab and contact form. It can take as little as 5 minutes to register!

The Badger Football Team offers their support to this effort. Enter to win an autographed football from the team!

Additional times and locations:
Dec 1st: at HSLC from 11am-2pm or SAC from 11am-3pm
Dec 2nd: HSLC from 11am-2pm or College Library from 2pm-7pm

**UPDATE**

The DKMS Bone Marrow drive was a great success. According to organizer Melissa Hovanes, “We had about 300 people register at College Library on the 2nd for a grand total of 517 new registered potential donors.” In addition, members of the UW-Madison football team helped raise close to $800 to pay for processing submissions by raffling an autographed football.
