To have materials added to the reserves collection please complete the Online Reserves Request Form.
College Library will place books, readers, and media items in a special course reserves collection. Items in this collection have restricted circulation periods and are intended to be available for students as an alternative to purchasing materials for a course.
If you provide us your list of course materials using the online form, we can arrange to borrow or purchase most titles.
College Library accepts reserve requests at any time and processes them in the order received. Processing delays may be expected at the beginning of the semester. Please request reserve materials as early as possible before they will be needed by the class.
Course Packets & Personal Copies
You may provide us with copies of course packets which we will bind and add to our physical collection. Course packets available for purchase at any local copy center cannot be scanned for electronic reserves. Although every effort is made to provide security for all materials, the library cannot be responsible for the theft or mutilation of your personal copies.
You may also provide us with personal copies of items you’re willing to circulate to students. Personal copies will be marked with College Library collection labels and, although every effort is made to provide security for all materials, the library cannot be responsible for the theft or mutilation of your personal copies.
To have course packets or personal copies added to the Reserve Collection, drop them off or send them to the Reserves Acquisitions Office, 1191A College Library.
