David Pavelich, Associate Dean for Special Collections and Collections Strategy, has been selected for the 2025 ARL Intensive Learning Program (ILP).
The ARL website describes the ILP as “an eight-month hybrid experience that explores operational aspects of senior-leader portfolios in research libraries and archives as well as responsibilities related to managing those portfolios. The ILP strengthens strategic thinking and decision-making skills to ensure effective leadership of research libraries in a time of rapid, continuous change.”
The full list of 20 fellows includes library leaders from around the country.
ILP is an excellent opportunity for senior library leaders and highlights David’s commitment to effective leadership in a time of rapid change. Leadership development opportunities like this are highly competitive, and David’s selection is a testament to his recognized leadership skills.
Please join us in congratulating David.
