Call for Proposals: UW BIPOC Student Voices Reader

The UW-Madison Libraries is pleased to announce a Call for Proposals for contributions to an anthology of student-written essays with a focus on students’ experiences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in Madison, or Wisconsin at large, and how these experiences are informed by their identities. This anthology will be openly published using UW Pressbooks. 

Student authors selected for this anthology will be compensated $200 with funding made possible through a Division of Diversity, Equity & Educational Achievement (DDEEA) Innovation Grant. 

Contributions are invited from undergraduate UW-Madison students identifying as Indigenous, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, Middle Eastern and North African, and/or Native Hawaiian/ Other Pacific Islander. Students must be planning to be enrolled for the Fall 2021 semester.
